Sarnia Sting Teddy Bear Toss presented by Lambton Ford

A game circled on the calendar each and every year the Sarnia Sting Teddy Bear Toss s one of the most anticipated of the season. An opportunity for the Sarnia Sting and fans,  in partnership with Lambton Ford and the Salvation Army to help provide a Christmas gift to youth in our community who may not have one otherwise.

The magical event, unites our community with a giving spirit as the capacity crowd floods the ice with plush toys when the Sting score their first goal of the evening, the bears are then collected, counted and distributed to local charities throughout the Sarnia-:Lambton area.

Only a select few will have the opportunity to engrave their name in Sarnia Sting history as the one to score “the goal” and to this date no member of the Sting has been able to repeat this feat.

The “Drive Thru” Santa Claus Parade will take place at Lambton College, December 5th from 5 p.m. to 8p.m. Spectators will be able to drive by all the stationery floats at a speed of 10km or less and view the floats from the safety and comfort of their own vehicle.

There will be collection bins set up at both entrances into Lambton College to collect New Teddy Bears to be distributed to local charities to help make some kids Christmas a little brighter.
