My Account Instructions

Scan from your phone or print at home, Sting tickets are going digital in 2021!

In an effort to do our part in creating a sustainable world, Sting tickets are going digital! Beginning in 2021 Sting season ticket holders will access their tickets through their own Sting MyAccount (Login Here).  While individual game ticket holders can receive an PDF ticket directly to their inbox.

We understand change can be frustrating, however we are here to help and we are confident you will love the convenience of your digital tickets. No more lost or damaged carboard, exchanging or bringing the wrong tickets. Simply pull up your ticket(s) on your smartphone, print them at home or send them to a friend via  text or email.

Purchasing individual game tickets? No problem- simply provide our Box Office staff with your email to have your PDF ticket sent directly to you. You can have the barcode scanned from your phone or print your ticket off at home.  As long as the QR code is clear you can even screenshot your PDF and have it stored on your camera roll.

Want to give your tickets to a friend? No problem- simply forward your PDF ticket sent to your email address to the friend you want to use the tickets. They can choose to have the ticket scanned from their smartphone or print the ticket at home.

Accessing My Tickets

Your Sarnia Sting MyAccount is available on both desktop and from a mobile device!

Step One  Click the MyAccount tab on the sarniasting.com menu bar.

Step Two: Login to your MyAccount using your email and password combination.

Do you forget your password or is it your first time accessing MyAccount? If so, click on the orange “forgot my password” button and follow the password setup steps.

Step Three: Select the “Tickets for upcoming performances”  button

Download my individual Tickets

Step Four:  View all your tickets to upcoming games. You can choose to download your tickets as a PDF. You can also screen shot your tickets and save them on your camera roll as long as the QR code is clear and visible to the scanner.

Simply present your ticket from your phone or print at home. You can even screenshot your ticket and save it to your camera roll, as long as the QR code is clear and visible our scanners can pick it up.

Please note: Be careful of sharing tickets as once a QR code for specific seat is scanned in, anyone attempting to scan the same QR code will be denied entry.


 

Sending my tickets to a friend.

Looking to send your tickets to a friend?

No problem! Simply send your tickets in 1 of 2 ways.

1. Send Via Email. 

Download the PDF on your PC and attach it in an email to the person you wish to use the ticket.

Step 1: Follow the “accessing my tickets” instructions as described above.

Step 2: Download the PDF of the tickets from the specific game you would like to send.

Step 3: Attach the PDF in an email to your recipient.

Step 4: Your recipient can choose to print the tickets from home or show an image of the PDF from their smartphone to be scanned upon entry.

CAUTION: Always be sure you are sending the correct tickets for the correct game. Please note that once the QR for specific seats is scanned into that game. Anyone attempting to scan the same QR code for  the same seats will be denied entry by our scanners at the door.

2. Send an image via SMS (text message) 

Download or screenshot the  ticket to the camera roll on your smartphone and send the tickets to your recipient’s smartphone.

Step 1: Follow the “accessing my tickets” instructions as described above from your smartphone.

Step 2: Download or screenshot the PDF of the tickets from the specific game you would like to send.

Step 3: Attach the image to a text message and send to your recipient.

Step 4: Your recipient can  then save the image to their camera roll and present the image from their smartphone to be scanned upon entry.
