Sting Hockey Set to Return to the Hive with Start of 2022 GoodLife Fitness Training Camp
Sting Hockey will be returning to Progressive Auto Sales Arena as the Hockey Club’s 2022 GoodLife Fitness Training Camp commences Tuesday, August 30th. A Two-day Orientation Camp will be held prior to Main Camp opening the morning of Thursday, September 1st.
Prospects taking part in Orientation Camp will report to the Hive at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday with fitness testing beginning at 9:15 a.m. and on-ice sessions kicking off with a Team Staubitz practice being held at 9:30 a.m. For the first time since 2019, all on-ice camp activities, including practices and scrimmages between Team Staubitz and Team Haley will be open to the public. Fans will also be able to access behind-the scenes GoodLife Fitness Training Camp content across all Sarnia Sting social media channels.
On Friday, September 2nd at 6:00 p.m., the Annual Black & White Game in support of the United Way of Sarnia-Lambton will cap off an exciting week of Training Camp. Fans looking to take in the intersquad game are asked to make a donation at the gates to the United Way in lieu of purchasing tickets.
