SARNIA, ON –GM, Nick Sinclair announced that the Hockey Club has completed a trade with the Saginaw Spirit. The Sting have dealt RW Hayden Hodgson to the Saginaw Spirit, in exchange for C Devon Paliani, Barrie’s 2nd round pick in 2019, Niagara 3rd round pick in 2017, Kingston’s 4th round pick in 2016, and Mississauga’s 4th round pick in 2018 (COND).

We were able to recuperate some of the draft picks we parted with last week, and add an experienced player who will bring depth to our roster. The trade will also give Hayden an opportunity to see more ice and ultimately thrive with the Spirit. We’d like to wish him the best of luck in Saginaw, and in all of his future endeavors.”
