Don’t worry, this can happen- try these steps:
1. check your junk/ spam folder. Our emails come from the Sting Insider at firstname.lastname@example.org be sure this email address is marked as “not junk”
2. check you have the appropriate email address on file. If you are not receiving our emails we may not have the correct address on file, after checking your inbox, junk and spam for our email. complete the general inquiry form below and include your proper email address in the additional comments. We will make the adjustment in our system.
3. Contact your service provider. Although this can be a frustrating experience you may have to contact your email service provider for further assistance. Some providers have strict spam policy and block large recipient emails.
