Sarnia, On – General Manager Jacques Beaulieu announced this morning that the hockey club has signed Patrick White to an OHL Standard Player Agreement.

White a native of Orleans, Ontario was a 5th round selection of the Sting in the 2012 OHL Priority Selection out of the Ottawa Jr. 67’s program.

Jacques Beaulieu commented on the signing of White.

“We really feel that Patrick has a bright future in our league.  He has proven he can produce playing against older players in the CCHL and it should be a good stepping stone for him looking to make the jump to the OHL next season.  We are happy with how our players from last year’s draft are developing this year.  That draft will be the foundation of our future moving forward.”
