Sting Acquire Calvas from Hounds

SARNIA, ON – Sarnia Sting GM, Nick Sinclair announced that the Hockey Club has completed a trade with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds wherein the Sting have acquired Theo Calvas in exchange for a 7th round pick in the 2018 OHL Priority Selection.

At 6’04”, 201 lbs, Calvas is a right shot defenceman who has played in 54 Ontario Hockey League contests over the last two seasons with the Greyhounds. The Bloomfield Hills, MI native played with Little Caesars in his Minor Midget year and was a 14th round selection in the 2015 draft.
